A Johnson County judge has sentenced a former administrator at Friends University to probation for attempting to solicit an underage girl over the Internet. Wayne Morgan Jr., 52, pleaded guilty previously to attempted electronic solicitation of someone he thought was a teenage girl who was in fact a police officer.
